Montessori Training
Designed especially for preschool teachers, the focus of this program is primarily on the basic Montessori approach. Final year college students, anyone who has completed Class 12 or undergraduate course, or working preschool teachers can join this program.
Duration: 3 months
Classes: 2 days a week, each class of 2 hours
Includes Theory and Practical with assessment at the end.
Certificate: Will be given on successful completion of the program.

Teacher Retreat Program
Every teacher suffers from burn out and frustration at some point in their career. This program is conceived and designed to address the work-related stress and other pressure points in a teacher’s life. The program is usually conducted at a neutral place ( like a resort) where the dynamics of school or college will not impact their experience. Peer pressure, professional jealousy, teaching-related issues and introspection form an integral part of the program. The program is for a minimum of 2 days and 3 nights where teachers can unwind, refresh and rejuvenate their minds before they return to their daily routine.

Are your workshops based on any subject, like Math or Science or History?
No, our workshops are not based on or meant for a specific Subject Teacher. They are meant for any teacher who wishes to improve their performance. You can apply those principles to the subject you teach, in the way that is convenient for you.
What will I need to prepare for the workshops?
You do not need to prepare anything at all. It is our job to prepare the training material as per your need. You simply have to come with an open mind, and a pen and a notebook.
How will the workshops help me?
The workshops will benefit you by:
a. Opening your mind to new ideas of teaching
b. Enabling you to think of creative ways of teaching a concept
c. Providing you with tips and techniques to make classroom teaching more engaging and fulfilling
What is the duration of the workshops?
Depending on what your institute requires, the duration can be of one hour, half a day, full day or over two days. For individual registration, the duration depends on the Course you have registered for.
Do you conduct teacher training programs in small/rural schools outside the city?
Yes, we are happy to conduct programs wherever the school requires. Our rural outreach programs are designed to address specific needs of such schools, including overcoming the language problem. We conduct programs that connect more with such audiences.
Do I have to join the programs through my school or can I join as a private participant?
If your school has chosen the program and if you are eligible, then the school may ask you to join the program.
We also conduct these programs for individual participants where you can register through our website when a teacher training program is announced in your city/town.
How do I pay for the workshop/program after I register?
When you register online through our registration form you will be asked to make a registration fee payment to our bank account. The details of the bank account will be sent to you separately or you can get it from our website.
